[GreenKeys] troubleshooting print quality on a 28 see image help Q

Ed,

I'm not real familiar with the M28, but from your picture, it looks like 
the type  is hitting the page, but the ribbon is not where it should 
be.  Check for a folded ribbon or intermittent ribbon lifting??
