Cory - or even something earlier in the way of a keypunch is needed here
too... but prefer to find in the western US or best yet here in AZ!

At this point we would settle for ANY keypunch machine. made by ANY
Mfr!

I remember a neat sort of electronic one when I was in the USAF and
had to punch maint. records up. you could input every thing make
sure it was right then hit punch and it would then punch the data tot
the card. ... when I could NOT get time on that punch I would use
the older IBM units... then in college we had the IBM units.

We have 'little one' used for correcting cards I think?

Since we're talking mainframes and data codes, has anyone come across a
surplus keypunch machine (like an 029) lately? I'd like to add one to the
'communications collection'. I know there's a rebadged IBM unit on that eb*y
place, missing covers (and who knows what else) and a little high on price.
I guess I should've jumped on the 026 that popped up last year. If anyone
has any leads, drop me a line! -Cory

One reason that figures is that Univac was a leader in selling stuff to
the government and military. I supposed the government bought a lot of
Univac gear to prove they were not biased in favor of IBM.
