You can change key tops on a 32 or 33.  With the kybd bolted in (this is important!) remove the kybd plastic cover.  With the kybd reset, press the key you want to remove and you can remove the complete key and metal piece by slipping it out of the frame.  Then reset the kybd manually to remove another one.  Swap one at a time or you will get confused.  Or at least I will.

Don't think about trying to change it on a M32.  My 32ASR has now been  
ut of service for two years.
 should have just removed the spring like Wayne had suggested.
