The free box from the PO requires you to use Priority Mail. The medium
flat rate box domestic now costs $11.30 on-line to ship (more if you pay at
the PO). Cost of the medium pay-by-weight and destination on 3 pounds is
$5.49 to $13.40. Media Mail on 3# is $3.43. USPS won't let you ship used
frozen pizza boxes (about the only salvaged box commonly available that
approximates the medium flat box. The same size generic (plain white) box from
U-Line cost $2.24 each last ones I bought.

I won't comment on asking prices other than to add to what someone else
said that although eBay owns PayPal, PayPal charges a fee for getting
reimbursed for actual shipping cost and eBay adds the full cost (not what's left)
to the total they charge a final value fee on. So you get charged two fees
on the same dollars. Which even the IRS can't do.

Seller did not seem unfriendly, but I'm not sure I understand: labor?
boxes? For a teletype manual?? Use the free box from the post office! 13% fees.
Wow - eBay charges a lot for fees I guess.
