Every year for a good number of years one issue per year was mostly about RTTY.  
I think the month is September, but could be wrong about the month.

I also think that the whole run of 73 Magazine has been turned over to the public and it can be downloaded off the internet.  There are lots of good RTTY info in that magazine.

Another good source of info was the RTTY Journal.  You could buy the back issues on CDs.  Not sure if the CDs are still around or not.  I do not think they were ever free to the public .
