Most of the boards with the traces coming of are phenolic which is why
I had suggested Pliobond.
However the last years of production were with modern circuit board
material.
The old ones are brown the new ones are green.

See

for how the antique radio repair guys repair old PC boards.
Here's a PC board repair kit for $20. Surplus.

Using cyanoacrylate cements (super glue) to glue traces is marginal -
it will burn if you solder in the area. Epoxies that can withstand
soldering temperature are better.
What are the boards in an ASR33 made of? They're probably
old phenolic boards, predating FR4.
