Hello Everyone; - EXCEPT Larry!
I just took a quick look (4 minutes worth), then finished reading the
e-mail.
Now I see (read) that there is no 35-KSR in the video.
If Danny or his uncle don't get you, I will! That was MEAN to tell
us to look for the 35 when there isn't one!
:-)
But - because it is so interesting, I will forgive you.
I'll watch the video tomorrow while I'm relaxing with a cup of coffee.
First thing that comes to mind is "what a MESS that ISS is!". I can't
believe they have cables and junk all over the place.
I've worked on mobile huts for the military (10' cubes that were dropped
in the field) and we never had a single exposed cable just lying around
for someone to get tangled-up in. Maybe some of the equipment was added
later on - but wow! - maybe I'll send them a $2.oo bag of tie-wraps! :-)
Again, although I only watched 4 minutes worth so far, I was fascinated
with what I saw. That was a pretty clever idea to put those black straps
all over the place so that the astronauts could easily wrap their feet
in them to keep them in place.
UE,
W6ESE - tony
