[GreenKeys] Loop Supply Conversion

Greetings All,
I am in the process of getting a German TTY on line. The loop supply for 
these beasts is suggested to be 60 VDC at 40 ma.
I have several converters with loop supplies here but as far as I know they 
all use around 120 volts. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar 
experience and the best solution. My thoughts have been inserting  a 
resistor dividing network, or modifying the loop supply in one of the units. 
Any suggestions?
