Does it use those Amphenol circular connectors?
I actually really like those connectors, they're quite cool. Then
again, they are expensive no matter where you get them. And you do
have to make sure you match the connectors precisely, less you have
the key notch in the wrong spot and find out you've spent $20 - $50
dollars on a completely unuseful connector.
Yes, I know that post was completely useless in regards to finding the
connectors, but here's some salvation: Find out the kind of connectors
the ST-8000a uses, and Google around for the matching plug; chances
are you might find the matching one on Mouser or a similar site (for
expensive).
