Gil,

That is incredible.    I don' know if there is a state of the art in RDF, but it was done in the old days with what is essentially a cardioid antenna pattern  (made out of two antennas) then you can use the null to get pretty precise angular direction.

Regards

Subject: [GreenKeys] OT: first balloon launch

Hey folks:
Well, we sent our first balloon up yesterday.  We
almost didn't get it back, but we finally found it in a desert wash. It
went up to over 55,000 feet.  Some pics at:

https://surlee.com/forum/topic/balloons-in-space-nearly/

Our next planned balloon launch (maybe thurs/fri/sat/sun) will hopefully reach over 90,000 feet.
I failed miserably at RDF, and I don't know why -- any tutorials out there?

thx, gil
