Congratulations! A huge success for a first attempt (or any attempt).  Most local ham clubs have periodic “fox hunts” to help learn and improve DF skills.

Hey folks:

Well, we sent our first balloon up yesterday.  We almost didn't get it back, but we finally found it in a desert wash. It went up to over 55,000 feet.  Some pics at:

Our next planned balloon launch (maybe thurs/fri/sat/sun) will hopefully reach over 90,000 feet.

I failed miserably at RDF, and I don't know why -- any tutorials out there?
