No KSM transmissions again today.  I've not received any email from them 
as to why they were not on the air.  Maybe budget?

Listening to their CW signal on 16.924 Mc they had an awful lot of echo 
that was discernable between the characters unless it was backwave.  I 
notice now since they changed to sending weather that the signal has 
gotten stronger and almost all the backwave/echo is gone although there 
is still some still in there but it is not nearly as strong as it was 
previously.  Anyone else notice this?

Sure miss the rtty transmissions.
