[GreenKeys] How to ship a Teletype 35-KSR and receive it in one piece

I won the Teletype 35-KSR that was on eBay (2 weeks ago).

Can anyone tell me who to contact to get it from
Michigan to California?

Steve is going to pick it up this morning and will bring it
home and then he'll take some hi-res pictures of it and send
them to me.

I was kinda thinking of having it pallet-ized and then loaded
on some moving van headed this way - but I don't know if that
is the best way to do it.

Any help is appreciated.
