    The angle of the picture might be hiding things but I don't see any
    28-type features in this machine.

It's pretty strange...almost a cross between a 26 page-printer mechanism 
and a 28 reperf-printer mechanism.  And a close examination of the 
printed page shows there's a little "up/down" registration problem in 
the middle of the line..."ummmm"
