[GreenKeys] ST-6 Receive lamp failure - looking for a replacement source

My incandescent receive lamp on my ST-6 has failed.  (they don't make stuff like they used to. This lamp was only in service since 1970)
 
Checking the HAL manual, as I built this as a HAL kit, I see that it is only called out as incandescent lamp.
 
Bill Henry, if you see this, do you remember any specs on these lamps?  I'd like to replace it and buy a spare for the companion Standby lamp that has still not failed (must be on the air too much). 
 
Otherwise, is anyone in a position to part-out a  lamp from a non-working ST-6?
