[GreenKeys] Interesting 8-level Reader

Thought you guys might get a kick out of this, and maybe someone can shed
some light on its purpose. I picked it up since it's a mechanical stepper
and has physical contacts. There's a sticker on the side marked "Bell &
Howell" and it appears to be made by Tally. Now here's the neat thing,
there's a 'tape out' sensing switch on BOTH sides of the reader head AND a
differential with two solenoid releases that allows you to step the tape
both forward AND backward. Pretty cool!  -Cory
