Ok, so "quite rare" can mean one of two things.
1. *I've* never seen one before.
2. Or it really is a bit rare despite the quantity of them having been
made.

Or equally rare.
1. A buyer for it.
2. Something that it actually goes into and is a functional part of.

Most terms on eBay are a bit subjective. My favorite of course is
"Cut cord, can not test." Which usually means, "I already plugged
it in and it set fire to itself."
