[GreenKeys] RTTY on 14.242

Around 14.242 MHz on LSB I have been receiving a signal that looks to be 240 Hz shift and sounds similar to 100 WPM RTTY.  Trying several modes and speeds on the computer does not seem to be able to decode any  of this.

Does anyone know what it might be ?
