[GreenKeys] Low-level and High-level TTY conversion

Nick,
The "Tempest" Dovetron MPC-1000 units had a "low level signaling" aka
"Mil" interface and no high level loop supply. The levels where
similar to RS-232 and would probably work with these low level M28s.
(Probably what the Tempest Dovetrons where designed to work with.)
But these M28s probably have stock selector magnets, so there may be a
low to high converter in the M28 that could just be bypassed.
