[GreenKeys] Missing Blank Punch Bar for Klein tt-98

     So working on the Klein, starting to reassemble the function mechanism (para 2-57) and am 
assembling the punchbar.  I notice I only have three punchbars 
(signal bell, motor stop, and letters).  But then I notice the diagram(fig 2-46) has four, and I am missing

number 34- blank punchbar.  And indeed, my punchbar has four slots.

     I start to think I lost it, but checked my disassembly video.

and at 9:41 I can see clearly through the slot, so i dismiss this.

I conclude one of two things:  1. My machine is missing a blank punchbar
or 2.  The KL tt-98 doesn't use it for some reason?  

I could use the help of the group on this one.  I can surely make one using a
dremel and a piece of brass if needed.  has anyone heard of KL's not using 
the blank punchbar?  Is anyone certain it DOES use the blank punchbar?
Does anyone have one?
