[GreenKeys] TWX and 15/28

Hello!

While I can't comment on the TWX situation in 1955, I do believe that
the Model 35 and Model 33 as standard TWX machines only became
"universal" when the changeover to ASCII was complete. I think I've a
book somewhere that says such was completed in the early 1970s. So, 35
is probably from around that time (and somewhat before during the
transitional period). But I'm not one hundred percent sure.
