[GreenKeys] what was RCA's relation to UPI model 15 Maint?

ok this  UPI unit came  from station WCLG in Morgantown   west Virginia

our new  arrival  has an rca  tag on it  ..


RCA Service Company had a  contract with UPI to maintain their machines. I 
believe AP also used them the  same way.
