[GreenKeys] what was RCA's relation to UPI model 15 Maint?

I wonder if AP did use RCA Service in some states?

As far as I know, in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, AP serviced
their own machines.

I worked out of the Raleigh AP Bureau for about a year, doing exactly that work,
1978-1979.

our new arrival  has an rca  tag on it ..

RCA Service Company had a contract with UPI to maintain their machines. I believe AP also used them the same way.
