I saw one go recently for GBP 200 and thought that was a bit painful.

I have two copies of Creed 7 manuals. One is the military version marked 
'Restricted'. the other is probably a GPO era one. Sam Hallas has done a 
fine job OCR processing the manuals he has on his web site. At the 
moment the best I can offer is to scan to pdf in sections. The military 
version is staple bound and would be a real hassle to scan. I think the 
other is spiral bound.
