[GreenKeys] OT shipping for tower sections and heavy items

I was told the most economical shipping of large heavy items was with flatbed 
trucks that move cars around.  They have some sort of network and are able to 
get loads for each direction.  I've never looked into this but it seems worth a 
call or two.
