Isn't that the same group that have the Post Office technical pamphlets 
for workmen? They are so password protected that you can't even print 
them and they're coded so that only the latest versions of Acrobat will 
read them. Useless!

That group is a waste of space as far as I'm concerned. What is the 
point in sharing documents in an unusable form? The documents are not 
their copyright anyway.
