And I agree that the plain text email is advantageous over a web based one.
But that I because I use an email client & prefer text based rather than
all the pretty colors.
It makes it extremely easy to filter Greenkeys mail into its own mailbox
and archive mail that I want to keep handy.
It takes all if 5 seconds to read the first few lines of an email and hit
the delete key if I'm not interested.
I would rather that I be "bothered" to delete a few emails without reading
them completely (even if they are WAY off topic) than stifle the free
exchange of ideas that would inevitably result by even discussing the idea
of enforcing off topic posts.
