[GreenKeys] FW: Jerry's new van!

Hi all,

 

Well, it's not new by any means, but new to us.  It's a '99 Ford, but only
has 17,600 miles!  It has a lift and all the bells and whistles.  We are
taking our first road trip this morning, so we need lots of prayers and
positive thoughts sent our way!  I've been practicing driving and parking,
it's just a little bigger than my Accord! So, if you see a big green machine
on the highway, it might be best to give us lots of room!!

 

Jerry still has good days and bad days.  He's not sleeping as much and we
got him outside to the front porch a few days ago.  I know this doesn't
sound like much progress, but we'll take it!  As time passes and I
understand brain injuries a little better, I realize we still have a long
way to go.

 

We have scheduled the series of nuclear scans for mid-May, then we'll go
back to the neurologist to talk about the surgery.
