Values are in the eyes of the beholder...

I have sold mint 28 ASRs for $75. - $100 not including shipping.
Why someone would pay $1300 for a Model 33ASR is beyond my  
understanding.
I have given away scores of them over the years.

When the 33s were new we considered them to be toys.
"You can tell it's MATTEL, it's swell"

P.S.
It has been said that our dollar is worth about 18 cents in 1970  
buying power.
If a person has a good income today $100. is not so much.
I look at things differently as I do not have any income.
We live off of our savings and social security.
