PMA's president, Bob Barnack (sp?) had been in sales at Northern Radio, and 
PMA's lead engineer was no slouch, so I'd be very much suprised if it device 
is trash, although I've no direct experience with it.  They later made 
Intelsat compatible telephone switches for a lot of emerging countries.  Z80 
based if I'm not mistalen.  PMA was on Lee Highway in Arlington VA, just a 
block or two from Arlington Electronic Wholesalers.
