We had about an hour and a half of high winds this evening.

I was on the phone with Bill Bytheway when the lights dimmed, went 
out, then came back up. It did this about three or four times and 
ultimately the lights were out for about two hours.

The noise on the phone was an intense 60 cycle AC hum during each of 
the fade events.

The phone still worked after the lights went out.

While at the gas station getting fuel for the generator the wife 
called and said the lights were back on.

Started the generator any way just to make sure it is operable.

All ITTY systems were down.

ITTY and NATIONAL came back up just fine. The AUTOSTART server would 
not come up. A few internal lights, but dead.

I guess the surge took out the power supply on AUTOSTART because it 
came to life after the power supply was replaced. That was the 
second power supply failure in seven years, and that ain't too bad.

Everything running OK.
