I've been holding off posting this until the process had been thoroughly
tested. My company can now cryo treat paper tape and also run it
through a "molecular realignment" at additional cost. The cryo process
relieves internal stress in the paper to make stretching easier if you
have the machine, we don't do the stretching due to legal concerns.
The molecular realignment reduces or eliminates static buildup and
polarizes the paper, right or left hand feed at additional cost. We also
have something in the works to reuse perf tape, you will be able to flip
the tape and use the backside after punching and as a bonus it will
reinsert chads if you make a punching error. See the web page at
BS is US.
More as it develops, gotta run it's custard night at the home......
