[GreenKeys] Getting old and fat.

Hi Roy,
 
I do try to not get too fat, but with a flu damaged heart that pumps far less than what it should, physical activity is an issue. I do watch what I eat, but still I could stand to lose 20 Lbs. When I have to do any lifting over 20 pounds or so, I call my nephew that is willing to help.
 
This is why I very early on put casters on my Teletypes and switchboards. They are too heavy for me to horse around any more.

Don't get old and fat.  Only get older.  Get some sheep, some sheepdogs, and a barn.  Then you won't get fat.
