Hi all,
 
I had no idea that I would get so many responses for the Multi-channel deck and control counsel that I listed. It has been spoken for and will be on its way this Monday. Please stay tuned, I will have other things like this listed as I get them out of a trailer that is still full of stuff that will mostly wind up in the weekly bonfire.
 
I had to evict some low-lifes from a rental property of ours (no, they were not decent folks down on their luck, they didn't lose their livelihood and were in a bad way with hungry kids and etc etc. They were dope dealers that I had to not only evict at the cost of thousands in legal fees, but then I had to turn around and pay the local PD to raid and get them out of the place. I would never do that sort of thing to anyone who has had a streak of bad luck, especially near the holidays.) This whole affair has convinced us to rid ourselves of rental properties and just concentrate on getting old and fat :-)
 
Again, thank you all for the interest! It gives me much pleasure to get this stuff to folks who want it and can use it (let alone understand it)...
