Greenkeys is an automated system -- your posts normally go through
immediately.  

Things bounce to the moderator when:
  - someone subscribes and needs to be approved
  - you post from an account that is not subscribed (I remove a lot of
spam that you never see)
  - some content is flagged by the system as possible spam (but may just
contain a trigger word)
  - other misc oddities
