Don’t think I’ve forgotten all of you, things have just been really overwhelming  around here and I am discovering that I don't do overwhelming well‼.

 

Jerry is still progressing very well, his mental acuity and response time are so much better.  He still isn’t standing and walking, but he is stronger every day and his attitude is getting better. Each little triumph give us both a big boost!  He saw a neurologist last week and the assessment was good.  In two weeks he will have an MRI and eeg.  We both liked the dr and came away feeling very positive.

 

Getting the house ready to go on the market was really draining for both of us, we loved our home.  But the good news is; it was listed on a Friday and the following Monday the realtor called with 3 offers, all at the list price.  It sold for more than the list price and is now in escrow, should close by mid-December.  Thank God Jerry is able to participate in all of the decision making, I think that’s what I’ve missed most all these months, is having him to talk with.
