[GreenKeys] Two-headed XD and diplex

I'm just reading a technical manual in which the use of the two-headed
XD to transmit two messages over a circuit is called "diplex".  That
word seems to have a variety of definitions (see google) some referring
to frequency-division multiplexing and other more general for any means
of sending two signals over the same circuit.  Sorta like "simplex"
which has a variety of definitions.
