[GreenKeys] UGC74B Setup

Looking for some advice and how to on the 74B.  During my exciting first
two way comm with the machine I ended up with a double local copy print. 
What I would like to know is can I set it up with no local copy so I can
save paper or what is the best way?  I have the manual and have read it
but it seems I get different results each time I start it up.
