[GreenKeys] Mark/space reversed ?

The ham low space was established before SSB transmitters were common. By using the normal tones for AM or FM AFSK the way it works, you can use LSB and the audio mark tone of 2125 and a space tone higher in frequency. Thie makes the transmitted mark tone higher in frequency and the space tone lower in frequency when it comes out of the transmitter as RF. You can also reverse the audio tones and go to USB and the RF output will be the same. This is not normally done.

High audio tone on LSB is low RF frequency, correct? That could account for the AF/RF relationship.

Also, while on the subject, which is "more" correct: specifying Mark low or Space high?
