[GreenKeys] Updated Mailer for ITTY, National and Autostart

The latest version of RTTYMailer has been updated to simplify the user
interface for selecting ITTY, NATIONAL or AUTOSTART.  The port numbers are
now automatically selected for you so you can easily switch between
destinations without having to guess what numbers to select.  This software
is now available on http://www.rtty.com/itty/index.htm .

For those folks that still want to use their own mailer (OUTLOOK,
Thunderbird, Apple, etc), simply configure the E-Mail Accounts options to
use the appropriate email of <itty, national, or autostart>@itty.rtty.com
and the appropriate server port number for outgoing SMTP mail.  

And to make things even easier, we shortly will have instructions on how to
send bulletins to ITTY, NATIONAL or AUTOSTART using your standard emailer
without needing any advanced knowledge on how to configure it.  I may even
have my wife try it with her iPhone 4S.
