Well, the seller finally responded and sent me a couple of photos. 
Good thing too as the actual machine he is selling looks nothing like the
one in the auction photo.
First, the actual machine has no stand.
Second, the glass covering the carriage/platen is broken.
Third, the overall condition is poor and will require a lot of work.
I would give $25 if it was local and that would be just to keep it out of
the local landfill.
If someone would like to see the photos let me know and I can forward the
sellers note.

If it was an ASR it might fetch $100. - $150.
As a KSR I would not pay more than $75.
All four of the Model 35s I have owned have been free.
That is because the machines are heavy and cost a small fortune to move.
