That's "Telegram For America", copied from
"http://archive.org/details/Telegram1956", where it can be seen without
the annoying ads.

It has good footage of a Plan 55A automatic switching center,
and explains how telegram routing worked.  Lots of Model 14 and
Model 15 pictures, plus Western Union's desktop fax machine.
