[GreenKeys] What ink for ink cart.

I also sent out a message 3/25, which I recieve my message back when I send one, but I haven't received it back yet.  Still would like to know what ink is the the best, as I stated in my first message..  


One quick question.  What type of Liquid ink is the best to reink ribbon and or cartridges, pad ink, stencil or any other.
