[GreenKeys] Telebyte Model 65A - RS-232 to Current Loop

With a good deal of software and a serial port that will allow you to set
its output to 45 baud.  Most new computers now have USB ports instead of
serial ports and I know of only one USB to serial adapter that allows
operation at 45 baud.  It is mentioned on John Nagle's Aetheric Message

Heavy Metal does that as well, that is how it sends messages to the RS-232
port.
