Depending on what your sound sytem is set up for, using winamp can cause it to shutdown immediately. Windows media player works well at W7TTY. RealPlayer works well for many. Some recent comments seen on GreenKeys suggest AUDACITY, WaveLab, and VLC. Try a couple of these and please let the forum know. Thanks, W7TTY
