Yes,

It is probably the same, however Harbor Freight charges $6.99 for  
shipping plus sales tax.
This makes the price difference not quite as impressive.

The bottom line is that these type of grease guns are normally hard to  
find.

I the 90s I talked a former Lincoln tool employee into making them for  
$22. each.

I really screwed up and bought one for $17.49

I guess I cannot do anything right...
