I talked to the seller regarding this very issue and the following was his response.

“I have an ebay drop off store and the person who dropped this off has been a long time customer”

“He works on this type of equipment and was the person who tested it”

“I have not had any problems with his items over the years”

Although the seller lists quite a variety of stuff, he does sell a large quantity of electronic related items

and his feedback on these items is very good. I have been using ebay for 14 years and although I had

a few bad learning experiences in the early years, I have become very good at detecting the rats in the pack.

what is curious about this seller is  he looks  to be  the usual collectible junk seller... but   yet  claims  this  unit is  tested!?!?   heh  tested HOW?!
