Sure glad all of you guys are using the internet to send all of these
interesting comments on my recent RTTY Roundup Article in _QST_. Kinda
odd that some aren't still using Quill pen's and the US Mail.

Guess 'ol Bill Henry is rolling on his floor after he put out the Hal
Communicatons DS-3100 Electronic RTTY Terminal over 30 years ago.

Again glad you enjoyed my writeup and if you like go to the ARRL webpage
and read the full writeup which is much longer! The over 600,000
contacts made during the 30 hour period shows that RTTY is still a mode
with long history teletype (tm) and all and used in today's RTTY
contesting. Kinda reminds me of the 3,000,000 messages that I helped
pass at CRS Vietnam back in 1967 on the old 28's. Was that really that
long ago...

Odd since I am on the bands nearly every day that I print so few of you
"Greenkeyers" on the actual air, but you're sure on the internet a lot.
But alas I am also on the message systems more since the old autostart
that Mike N7RY ran seems to have gone away with the band changes.

Who still receives on a variety of TU's from ST-5, ST-6, to the latest
Hal DSP4200. Still doing 850 Hz shift reception nearly every day as
well on the old R-390 as ARMY MARS broadcasts come out several times a day.
