[GreenKeys] The 43 paper problem (was: The 43 ribbon problem)

Not rare, not that much different from regular copy paper.   1.5 to 2 
cents a page.  Equivalent of $7.50 to 10.00 a ream.  Regular copy 
paper runs $5.00/ream and up.
