Greg, I do still have a few of these left - if you'd like I can send you 
one. Cost is $20 USD (paypal or whatever is fine).  Or if you'd prefer to 
source your own parts but don't want to etch the board, I can send you a 
bare board too, though because I bought the parts in bulk it's likely to 
be quite a bit cheaper to get a complete one.
